By accessing our site and completing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Applicability

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through the JayKay Pickleball site. JayKay reserves the right to change these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the site.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy, and all other incorporated policies.

3. Products and availability

JayKay Pickleball offers products dedicated to pickleball: paddles, balls, accessories, and sports courts.

Products are described as accurately as possible; any minor differences between description and actual product are not grounds for dispute.

Product availability is subject to change without notice.

4. Prices and payment methods

All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT.

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit/debit cards
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

The applicable price will be the one displayed at the time of the order.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship to Italy and across Europe.

• Delivery time: 2-5 working days.
• Order processing: Orders are processed within 48 business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM) after order confirmation.
• Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the weight, number of items, and destination zone.

Any delays do not entitle to compensation or termination of the contract.

6. Order and contract formation

By placing an order, you are accepting a binding offer to purchase. JayKay will acknowledge receipt of your order by email.

The contract is finalized when the products are shipped.

JayKay reserves the right to cancel orders in the following cases:

• Products not available
• Unverifiable payment data
• Suspected fraud or abuse
• Incorrect prices displayed

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Withdrawal does not apply to customized products.

8. Warranty and returns

All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided for in Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code.

In the event of a defective product, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement or refund at no additional cost.

All content on jaykaypickleball.com (images, text, logos, graphics) is the property of JayKay S.R.L.S. and protected by copyright.

Any unauthorized use of the content is prohibited.

10. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, drafted according to the GDPR.

11. Changes to the Terms

JayKay reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions without notice. Users are encouraged to review this section periodically.

12. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be the jurisdiction of the consumer’s court according to D.Lgs. 206/2005.

13. Additional information

• Orders are intended only for end customers (not resellers).
• JayKay can reject or cancel suspicious orders.
• Times of availability are approximate.
• In case of customized products, the order is non-cancelable and non-returnable except for defects.

14. Limitation of liability

JayKay will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the products.

15. User-generated content

Any content posted by users (reviews, comments) does not represent opinions of JayKay. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.

16. Electronic communications.

By agreeing to the Terms of Sale, you consent to receive electronic communications from JayKay that meet all legal requirements for written communication.
